BEFORE PICS – The investigation and estimation process…
These before photos represent only a portion of the photos we took to turn into the homeowner’s insurance for their claim. Fire damage can be deceptive because smoke from the fire and water used to extinguish the fire only add to the damage and takes an expert eye to catch. We took a photo of every room, every water spot and every trace of smoke damage to ensure these homeowners would get their home completely covered by their insurance claim. The bulk of direct fire damage was in the attic, but you can see by the photos that water and smoke penetrated the walls in every room.

DEMO PICS – The construction begins…
To ensure that every bit of smoke and water damage was repaired we had to take this brand new home down to its stud and build up again from scratch. Making sure no mold results from water damage and that plumbing and electrical is replaced or repaired to its original – or better – state is of utmost importance.
